Chapter System
Effective August 1, 2010, the Fraternity has implemented the Chapter System - a system designed to replace the old Online Forms system that chapters used to process their pledge forms, officer updates and semiannual reports. All of those reports can now be found under the Chapter System which is located at sigmachi.com. In addition, the chapter's financial reports with the International Fraternity can be found here as well.This effort is primarily intended to ease the efficiency in reporting for undergraduates and alumni alike and places all reporting the chapter needs to do in one convenient location.
Version 1 of the Chapter System is now live and ready for use. It can be found by signing into sigmachi.com with your PERSONAL sigmachi.com credentials and then clicking the link to the left labeled "Chapter System." Consuls, Magisters, Quaestors, Chapter Advisors and Grand Praetors may log-in to the system using the top button labeled "log-into the chapter system using your sigmachi.com profile." (Note: This function is only working if the chapter has updated the correct officers with the Fraternity.) All other users will need to use the second button labeled "log-in to the chapter system using a different profile." (Note: The log-ins that are active on this button are the same log-ins that chapters and Grand Praetors used on the previous version of the online forms.)

Pledge and Initiation Forms
To submit new members, your chapter needs to complete the 400 form series. These forms include the 400 A and B pledge forms and the 400 C request for initiation form. Headquarters requests that you do not submit new member information via paper forms.
