Sigma Chi Fraternity

Liz manages the award nomination, selection and notification processes for all fraternity individual and chapter undergraduate and alumni awards managed by the Alumni Services Department, approximately 20 awards including the annual Significant Sig, Order of Contantine and Seven Lights Alumni Award. This includes serving as primary committee support for the Significant Sig Committee, the Order of Constantine Selection Committee, and the Alumni Awards Committee; and processing submitted nominations, preparing material for committee review and selection processes, marketing and promoting awards announcements, information and deadlines for email campaigns, monthly E-newsletters, website updates, etc.; writing profiles for nearly 100 award recipients annually for inclusion in The Magazine of Sigma Chi and recognition via awards ceremonies and individual press releases; and notifying and recognizing award winners and their constituents via press releases, website recognition, database updates, coordination of award presentations, and Grand Council and Grand Chapter award ceremony logistics.

 Liz also oversees the distribution of alumni, general membership and award database requests.
