A native of Pennsylvania, Greg joined the Headquarters staff in 2009 as the director of leadership programs, specifically coordinating the Horizons Leadership Development Program. He is currently the director of education and alumni services. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in education and is currently pursuing a Masters of Education degree in higher education and student affairs at Loyola University- Chicago.

Initiated in the fall of 2004, Greg held various chapter officer positions at the Theta Beta Chapter and attended Horizons, Balfour LTW and served as a Headquarters Summer intern. He was very active on campus where he held leadership positions within IFC, Student Government and Housing & Residential Education. Most notably, Greg was the Student Body President and member of the USF Board of Trustees in 2008 and was selected as the South Florida Province Balfour Award winner in 2009. 

As an alumnus member, Morgan has facilitated at several Sigma Chi programs including CHOICES, Horizons and Balfour LTW. Greg is active in the Greek community as a facilitator for Beta Theta Pi's Keystone Regional Leadership Conference and the NIC's Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI).

Greg and his wife Megan, a member of Zeta Tau Alpha, are the proud parents of two dogs, Lilah and Sadie Mae. Outside of Sigma Chi Greg enjoys playing hockey, watching sports, and is the president of USF's Chicago Alumni Chapter. 


Job Description: 

The director of education and alumni services reports directly to the Operations Manager and oversees both the Leadership Programs and Alumni Services Departments. This position currently serves as the project lead for the Balfour Leadership Training Workshop and the staff support for the Fraternity's Leadership Training Board.
