Sean was hired by Headquarters in May 2012 as the Membership Programs Coordinator.

Sean graduated in May of 2012 from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a Bachelors of Science in Business Adminstartion, majoring in marketing. As an undergrad Sean was intiated by the Iota Pi chapter in 2009. During his time as an undergrad he served as Consul, Recruitment Chair, Tribune, and Historian among a few other positions. As Consul Sean led the chapter to achieve the Peterson Significant Award - Blue.

Prior to graduating Sean had multiple expierences in the sports marketing industry. Sean has had three internships with the Milwaukee Brewers as a College Ambassador, Consumer Marketing Intern, and Ticket Operations Intern, which have provided him memories of pooring confetti from the Miller Park Roof and running the world famous Klement's Sausage race. After working with the Milwaukee Brewers Sean interned at Lammi Sports Management, which handles their client's marketing efforts and produces multiple NFL shows.


Job Description: 

 My primary responisbility is the oversight and maintenance associated with increasing the exposure and membership affinity of the Fraternity’s member programs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement new strategies to increase the exposure of the Life Loyal program and Alumni Program.
  • Develop new ideas to increase the benefits provided to existing Life Loyal Members.
  • Provide oversight and maintenance to the several annual Life Loyal membership campaigns.
  • Serve as direct contact for consultant companies managing the annual campaigns.
  • Create and develop strategies to increase the awareness of new projects and promotions as needed.
  • Oversee partnerships for the maintenance of existing and development of new advertising revenue.
  • Manage and track royalties and advertising revenue.
  • Sell and manage advertising space in The Magazine of Sigma Chi.
  • Assist Life Loyal Sig and Alumni Program members with concerns and questions.
  • Attend and support the Fraternity’s annual conferences.
