The Strategic Visioning retreat helps chapters plan out the year ahead based on goals set by their officers at the Balfour Leadership Training Workshop. Members generate a shared vision for the long-term future of the chapter and create a plan of action to put major building blocks in place that will keep the chapter strong and relevant for years to come. The Chapter rEvolution retreat leads a chapter through an exploration of its culture and values in order to determine how its members can remain individually and collectively relevant and become leaders in campus, community and societal changes. Whether your chapter is struggling with self-directed or imposed change, the series of activities and conversations found in this retreat will help you find a path to move forward in a positive direction. Living Our Values |
*The Living Our Values retreat is designed to strengthen members’ understanding and application of the most important traits that Sigma Chis have: our shared values. The retreat will help members incorporate Sigma Chi's values into their daily lives. This module is especially helpful for chapters that have recently completed an Initiation, need to refocus the chapter culture to be more values-based or are facing interpersonal, chapter leadership or behavioral issues. Do you want to eliminate cliques and improve communication? If so, then the Strengthening Our Brotherhood retreat may be the answer. It is common for a chapter's members to “go through the motions” and lose sight of what initially brought them together. The Strengthening Our Brotherhood retreat can set the stage to reintroduce and reinforce the concepts of true friendship and its role in our lifelong journey in Sigma Chi.
