The mission of the Sigma Chi Headquarters is to support the purposes, policies and people of the Sigma Chi Fraternity in a congenial, professional manner for the good of the Fraternity.
About Headquarters
The Peterson International Headquarters of Sigma Chi, located in downtown Evanston, Ill., is home of Sigma Chi's official museum and professional staff.
Thirty-seven full-time employees work for one of four different entities represented at Headquarters, also known affectionately as “HQ.” All are working to drive Sigma Chi closer to its vision. The entities housed at Headquarters are:
The Sigma Chi Fraternity
The Fraternity staff focuses on driving undergraduate and alumni programs and resources. From staffing Balfour Leadership Training Workshop logistics to overseeing the implementation of CornerStone, from crafting each issue of The Magazine of Sigma Chi to developing cutting-edge technologies for Sigma Chi, this professional staff provides critical behind-the-scenes functions.
The Sigma Chi Foundation
The Foundation serves as an educational funding resource for the undergraduate and graduate student members of the Fraternity. Sigma Chi is also supported by the work of the Canadian Foundation; to learn more about this organization click here.
Constantine Capital, Inc.
CCI assists chapters in maintaining and acquiring housing by providing loans.
The Risk Management Foundation
The RMF is a not-for-profit corporation created to educate chapters about risk management and to assist chapters in times of loss. The RMF assists its members in times of loss through a self-insured retention pool, which includes undergraduate chapters, alumni chapters and house corporations.

Undergraduate Services Department
The Undergraduate Services Team is the customer service provider for undergraduate members and alumni advisors. Expanding to new chapters, supporting existing chapters and ensuring accountability to tenets of Sigma Chi are the overarching functions of the department.
Alumni Services
The Alumni Services Department exists for the benefit of our more than 200,000 alumni members who are scattered throughout the world. Each year, hundreds of alumni brothers contact Headquarters for assistance with countless fraternal matters. Whether you are seeking to join an alumni chapter, organize a pledge class reunion, or become a Life Loyal Sig, the Alumni Services Department is here to help you.
