The mission of the Sigma Chi Headquarters is to support the purposes, policies and people of the Sigma Chi Fraternity in a congenial, professional manner for the good of the Fraternity.

The Headquarters staff strives to accomplish this mission as a team in a healthy and challenging work environment that contributes to the overall growth of each employee.
